SEO

Rank for the searches that bring buyers, not browsers.

Traffic is a vanity metric. Qualified traffic is a business. We build SEO programs around the keywords your customers actually search — and the journey they take from query to revenue.

Who this is for

SEO works for businesses where buyers research before they buy. If your sales team complains that prospects don't know who you are, your category is under-built on search. If you sell a considered purchase — a service, a SaaS product, a high-ticket good — SEO is probably the highest-leverage marketing channel you have.

A good fit if you…

  • Have a product or service with a real audience already searching for it
  • Can commit to a 6-12 month horizon before judging results
  • Have (or are willing to build) the content production capacity to ship 2-8 articles a month
  • Care more about qualified pipeline than vanity rankings

Probably not a fit if you…

  • Need leads this quarter — start with paid media, run SEO in parallel
  • Sell something nobody searches for yet — you need content marketing or PR, not SEO
  • Want guaranteed rankings — that's not how Google works in 2026
The scope

What an Adfirm SEO engagement covers.

Most agencies sell "SEO" as a fuzzy retainer. We break it into five concrete workstreams. Some engagements use all five; some focus on the two or three that move the needle for your stage.

01

Technical SEO

Make sure Google can crawl, index, and understand your site. We audit crawl errors, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, canonical handling, hreflang (if international), and structured data. Then we fix what's broken and document what's not so your dev team can pattern-match.

  • Crawl & indexation audit
  • Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) tuning
  • Schema markup (Organization, Article, FAQ, Product, LocalBusiness)
  • Sitemap & robots.txt hygiene
  • JavaScript rendering review
  • Mobile-first audit
02

On-page SEO

Every important page gets a deliberate target query, an intent-matched structure, and the on-page signals that help it rank. We don't stuff keywords — we build pages that answer the question better than what's currently ranking.

  • Keyword research mapped to funnel stage
  • Title & meta optimization at scale
  • Heading hierarchy and content structure
  • Internal linking architecture
  • Content gap analysis vs. ranking competitors
  • Conversion-aware on-page (SEO that also sells)
03

Content strategy & production

Rankings need pages that deserve to rank. We produce or brief content with three rules: real expertise, clear intent match, and a reason to exist besides ranking. We can write end-to-end or hand briefs to your in-house team or freelancers.

  • Topic cluster planning
  • Editorial calendar (4-12 weeks ahead)
  • Briefs with intent, structure, SERP analysis, and word-count guidance
  • Full content production (writing + editing) on request
  • Refresh program for existing posts
04

Off-page & authority

Links still matter — but only the kind earned from real sites for real reasons. We focus on digital PR, partnerships, and content that gets cited because it deserves to. No PBNs, no rented links, no schemes that create cleanup work for you in two years.

  • Digital PR — pitching, journalist outreach, expert-source placements
  • Linkable-asset creation (data studies, calculators, tools)
  • Strategic partnership and co-marketing introductions
  • Brand-mention monitoring and unlinked-mention reclamation
05

Local SEO

If you serve a specific geography, local visibility outranks general rankings in importance. We handle Google Business Profile, citation consistency, review velocity, and local schema — the work that puts you in the map pack for "near me" searches.

  • Google Business Profile optimization & posting cadence
  • Citation audit and NAP cleanup across directories
  • Review acquisition strategy and response framework
  • Location-page architecture for multi-city operators
  • LocalBusiness schema and embedded map setup
How we work

The first week, in order.

We don't believe in "trust the process" rhetoric. Here's exactly what ships during your first sprint with us — delivery in seven days, results from Google in the months after.

  1. Days 1-2 · Audit & access

Crawl audit, log-file analysis if available, GA4 and Search Console review, ranking baseline, competitor teardown. Deliverable: a written audit and ranked priority list.

  2. Day 3 · Strategy & roadmap

Keyword universe mapped to intent and funnel stage. Content gaps identified. Technical fix list with effort/impact scoring. Output: a 90-day roadmap with owners, dates, and the metrics we'll move.

  3. Days 4-6 · Build & ship

Technical fixes deployed, on-page optimization rolled through priority pages, first content brief shipped, off-page outreach pipeline opened.

  4. Day 7 · Handoff & ongoing

Walk-through call. Live dashboard handed over. From here, monthly reviews and a backlog we work down together.

Deliverables

What you'll have at the end of week one.

  • A clean technical foundation — crawl errors fixed, schema deployed, Core Web Vitals passing
  • A keyword-and-content roadmap good for 6-12 months of execution
  • Optimized priority pages (typically 10-25 depending on site size)
  • First content cluster published (typically 4-8 articles)
  • Initial off-page activity — outreach pipeline running, first placements landing
  • Local SEO baseline (GBP, citations, reviews) where applicable
  • Reporting dashboard with the metrics that actually matter to your business
FAQ

Honest answers to the things people ask.

How long until I see results?

The honest answer: three to six months for ranking movement, six to twelve months for meaningful revenue impact. Anything faster is either luck on low-competition terms or shortcuts that will be reversed by the next algorithm update.

Do you guarantee #1 rankings?

No, and you should run from anyone who does. Google's algorithm and your competitors both have opinions about your rankings. We guarantee the process — research, on-page, content, and links done correctly — not the outcome of a system we don't control.

Will SEO work if my site is brand new?

It will eventually. New domains take 4-8 months to earn meaningful trust even with everything else right. If you need traffic faster, pair SEO with paid media to bridge the gap.

Do you build links?

We earn them. Real digital PR, real partnerships, real linkable content. We don't buy links, rent links, or use private blog networks. Those tactics work until they don't, and when they don't, the cleanup is on you.

Will you take over my existing SEO setup?

Yes. We start with an audit of what's already in place — including any previous agency's work. We'll keep what's working, fix what's not, and tell you the truth about both.

Do you handle the content writing, or do we?

Your choice. We can produce end-to-end or hand detailed briefs to your in-house team or your freelancers. Many clients start with us writing, then transition production in-house once the playbook is established.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Retainers are month-to-month. No long-term lock-in. If we're not earning our cost, you cancel and walk away with everything we've produced — the audit, the roadmap, the keyword data, the content.
